Actually, DRNK is insignificant to their bottom line, and the acquisition was done through issuing new shares, causing dilution for shareholders of TRY.

See my previous message for a possibile course of action. Also keep in mind that if TRY declines much more no shareholder is going to approve the merger no matter what the CEO wants. There are a *lot* of people in from $2.25-2.50, and if Triarc declines to even $15 they will begin getting squeezed out of the money. So the fact that the offer is insultingly low (as opposed to just a bit low) may work in our favor.
