Unfortunately, too many people pursue a "victory", when they would perhaps be better advised to pursue understanding... Agreed. And avoiding doing that is one reason why I am not trying to claim my side is the default position and insist that the other person has the sole burden of proof. In general I am wary about assuming one side of an argument as the default position. It may be the postion settled on after the argument but that isn't the same thing. Tim
