SAN DIEGO, Aug 21, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Douglas Brown, President of 37Point9 (OTCBB: TSPN) stated the consolidated 10-Q report for the period ending June 30, 2001 for 37Point9 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Brown added that the report shows the recapitalization of 37Point9 with the acquisition of Cerno Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary, Acquagiene Products Unlimited and the change of control. This report establishes a baseline for the future financial reporting of 37Point9.
