Gatekeeper by Deborah Orr, Forbes Magazine, 10.29.01 forbes.com Another article on ALD, this one pushing ASM International. These guys and Applied will probably capture most of the big semiconductor customers, leaving Genus with the scraps. Otoh, Genus is so small that the scraps plus a few niche markets like thin film heads could be a plateful to them. Now that it's at $2.40, I wish I'd bought a few shares at $1.80! But my other microcaps weren't performing at the time, so I was hesitant to add another. I'm still ambivalent about it. WT
