lol. Caught me reading "just a couple of more posts". Watergate, not Waldorf. It does give images with that name. You mix a can of crushed pineapple with a box of pastachio jello, then add a thing of coolwhip, crushed pecans, and marshmellows. Like dessert at dinner. The chicken salad isn't spicy. It's "hot" cause you stick it in the oven a bit. Chicken, celery, lemon juice, a bit of cheese, almonds, and some mayo, with those crispy fried onion things on top. Not goremet, but tasty. After canned spagetti and fried-egg sandwiches for almost a month, I'm hungry for real food. I spent two hours yesterday just deciding what to make for dinner because I wanted all of it at once. <g>
