ALA did it already. Siemens is not part of recently announced EXCLUSIVE deal fro IP/ATM core and edge.
ALA is also providing optical network to DT , where Siemens is out of the deal.
Big 7670 router/switch (IP, MPLS ,ATM) is not available to SIemens for distribution.
Even if Siemensis distribution older 170 , which is used as a gateway they are getting scraps ( may be 5% of teh deal).
And finally Germany is not the end of the world.
