I listened to the conference call and during Q&A EMC said that SAN was
$385M and NAS $148M but "overlap or double counting" was $84M between
the two.

This means that NAS is somewhere between $148M minus some part of $84M
or $60M if you remove all the "overlap or double counting".

EMC must be able to determine where the customer is using the storage
(SAN/NAS) but is choosing not to break down the numbers further.

The reason I think this is important is that "downsouth" on the NTAP board
has been complaining about "double counting" Symmetrix storage sold with
Celerra's as SAN/NAS for the past year and this is the first time I heard
EMC bring it up in a conference call as a fact.

Are there any EMC people out there that can quantify this any further?
