You got them all - I don't think I'd have known Buttons and Bows. I wonder how many other composers there are that I've never heard of, but have written so many immediately recognizable songs.

And thanks to Justin, I've got a great segue in Pretty Paper and Silver Bells for my annual Christmas CD (which I send out as a card in place of a gift).
