Wanna_bmw, Re: Not very smart in a market where flash demand has declined so low (and a prime piece of AMD's current loss). Flash was still profitable in Q3, just have a look at JC's CC transcript (if it's already in there). In fact flash ASPs were up QoQ. Walid must be smarter than Jerry because he walked away from some low density deals and went for high density and higher margin deals thus increasing ASPs. If there's a flash upturn sometime next year, AMD will be glad to have all that high quality (0.18 micron!) extra capacity in FAB25. Andreas
