Anything is possible, but that means some right wing "group" with weapons grade anthrax (it ain't easy to reduce it to 1 micron) was just hanging around waiting for WTC (how prescient--or patient?) and then on Sep 18 started sending mail from Fla & NJ coincidentally targetting the same 2 cities, and then coincidentally some non-white supremicist in Malaysia sent one to Microsoft... I guess we'll find out when we find out.
