There are three sensible explanations for todays move. 1) Mr. Rocker & others decided to cover their short position in OO. 2) Oakley was in buying stock as part of its repurchase plan and they hit it hard just to get everyone's attention. or 3) Some of the Momentum style money managers that bailed last Fall are beginning to sniff around again. OO ain't goin to the alter w/ ELY of NKE for $19; thats a bunch of BS, not while Jim holds a majority stake. Take your pick I don't care which, the stocks up, the Sun is shinning, its Summer & I'm headed to the beach at dawn for a morning of Sun-n-Fun.
