Well, I will wait until the last day to make my decision. If the price is above $3.55, I will exercise these rt., otherwise forget it.

---------- You may want to undertake a little math exercise. Look to the closing prices of the units before the rights traded and then the unit price plus the rights price afterwards. This exercise will allow one to judge the real costs and the resulting real premiums to the conversion. You may be interested in the results. I have to leave for the evening so will elaborate more on this tommorrow if your interested.

-------- Another thing to keep in mind is if your an accumulator of this trust. How does the income generated now and the expected future income generation look in regards to what it is you are getting the units for. In this case the units for $3.55. And monthly income of $0.045 per unit
