EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Hall Train moving pictures (100% owned by Hall Train Entertainment Inc., HTRN cdn otc and HTETF NASDAQ bulletin board "L" section) is an award winning powerful competitor in the entertainment and communications industry. The company is in the business of creative consultation, computer animation, live and dimensional animation, special effects, audio visual, theme park attractions and interactive multimedia.

The company was founded on the creative talent of Russell Hall Train, who has attained international recognition for his animation and special effects. Matteo Bossio, co-founded the company and is both President and CFO of Hall Train Entertainment Inc.(THE). In October 1995, Lawrence Keller was appointed President of Hall Train Moving Pictures (HTMP) and Chairman and CEO of THE. Mr. Keller brings over twenty years of film and television expertise.

The company is in the process of expanding and reorganizing into independent profit centers in order to capitalize on the exponential growth of different areas of the entertainment industry. Mr. Keller's goal is to expand its current client base for fee based work and with the expertise of R. Hall Train, create revenue generating assets and continue building new divisions within the company.

Currently, HTMP has divided its business into the following divisions:

1) Theme Park Attractions,
2) Audio Visual,
3) Interactive Multimedia,
4) Theme Rides,
5) 3D Sculptural Exhibit Fabrication,
6) Script Development,
7) Intellectual Property,
8) Touring Entertainment Exhibits,
9) Location Bases Entertainment,
10) Ancillary Media.

While each of these divisions caters to diversified market segments, the type of work involved is interdependent. In most cases, business in a particular division will cede projects into other divisions.

HTMP, while it continues its fast paced growth curve, is in a position to benefit from the exceptional growth of the entertainment industry. New and exciting projects are in the negotiation stage and plans for a major corporate financing are underway at this time.
