Has anyone else noticed the carefully worded statements coming out of Washington today? Both VP Cheney and the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said today the U.S. was prepared to use the full spectrum of weapons in our arsenal to preserve the security of the United States. This cannot be interpreted in any other way than a threat to use nuclear weapons.
