Taxes on drugs and cheap available treatment has always been the answer. just think...legal drugs....no money for Taliban or Columbian cartels.....pretty simple More time for police TO PROTECT US! without the infllated prices causing people to steal and prostitute.... no need to steal for MONEY.... less court time for the miriad of drug offenders taking up time for local governments.... MORE TIME FOR THE SYSTEM TO PROTECT US..... You don' t think law enforcement needs a bit of direction towards more important things...like national security? CC
