Terror Czar These "Czar" appointments are strictly a "PR" deal. They are to give the appearance that Washington is doing something when the Agencies that should do the job drop the ball. It gives National exposure to the guy who is appointed "Czar", and keeps the population happy for a time. During WWII, we had paper, string, and tinfoil drives going to keep the people busy and feeling that they were contributing to the war effort. I have no faith in what is being done to stop this mess. I am afraid that Bush's 80% rating with the public will be down to 20% a year from now when nothing has been accomplished.
