My understanding is that Intel went from 25 last week, but is now at a moderate 22.5 (evidence not overwhelming)....I believe all the QQQ possibilities at below current levels (31, 32, 33)...On both, no clear one strike..

So, they moderately point to down....

Of course, this "theory" is as good as most, ie., doesn't work all the time..
