Recent announcements by EDS and CA that they are getting into the Y2K business dims my view of the small players even further. As I debate whether to short ACLY, I'm asking how a company with .09 trailing earnings and annualized earnings of .20 looking forward can grow enough in a competitive environment to justify a PE of 145.

Any comment from the long side? My mind is still open here.
