Hi Don,
Due to a clerical error on the part of E-Trade they (E-Trade) did not properly renew licenses in a couple of states including Ohio. Letters were sent to E-Trade clients in the State of Ohio on or about May 20th. Those that purchased stock in any company between Jan. 1 and sometime toward the middle of April of this year were given 30 days to rescind any trades made during that time span and receive full value back (whatever they paid for it) Many took advantage of the situation if any of their purchases were now trading at lower prices. Many are now starting to buy back in at these lower prices. We also had the snowball effect of some smart traders taking advantage of the situation and trying to get the same advantage.
I posted last night that I would try to get a lengthly report up of my last 10 days of "due diligence" and try to clarify some matters for everyone. It will probably take me another day before I do that as I still need to talk to three key people at DCI, Porter, LeVay & Rose (New PR firm), and P.E.L. Division (Bettencourt).
Hope I have answered your question. Others feel free to add anything to the above.
