60% of the Afghan population listens to the BBC. Sometimes listenership is as high as 85%. They know the score. The Taliban is responsible for 8 years of Civil War. You think there haven't already been hundreds of thousands of refugees who've left the country already during that time? 5 Million refugees left during the 10 year Soviet war as well, an exodus that broke world records at the time. Once the Taliban are out, war will be over and rebuilding will begin. It's worth the current price.
