answer to the question about "weaponized" - that primarily refers to the method of preparation, that it's in a form which can be disbursed as a bioweapon.

I just watched Ridge's press conference where he was pressed on the definition of weaponized. Weaponized, as they used it, means that the particle size is small and has been treated (coated) to keep the spores from clumping into larger particles and to enable it to "poof" better into the air. Yes, he used that word. The concept of weaponized is distinct from the concept of strain, which may be natural or may be developed to be antibiotic resistant.

I think this is what you said, but since there seems to be such confusion, I thought I'd report from the press conference.
