Bonnuss - The Bush administrations stated concern was not to prevent the news agencies from airing tapes from Osama bin Laden but rather to atleast look at the tapes first to try and see if there might be coded messages activating or directing terrorist cells and if there appears that there might be such a message to not air the tape. I'm not sure how the news organization is supposed to be able to tell that such a hidden message exists but asking the networks to make the tape doesn't stink of censorship to me. Tim
