Further CNN news (I'm watching sometimes on mute while I work)--they had on two bioweapons experts one woman one man who said that it was indeed weapons grade, that the ability to disperse like that from one envelope so that so many people were exposed indicated a high level of sophistication. Sorry no link but I wonder if cnn.com links to their t.v. stories
