I wonder how you arrive at 2 more years of a bear market. At some point, one wonders about the high valuations. If rotten business results and a terrorist attack can't drive prices to reaonable historical valuations, what will?

The tech world has been adjusting to the bubble deflation for about a year, now. Q3 next year will be almost 2 years. Time is on the bulls side now. The next major news will be signs that the adjustment is complete and secular growth will begin. If Q3 is discounted 6 months, some time in Q1 could mark the end of the tech bear.
