I agree. It is the same here in New York. However, in the last six weeks I have seen a down swing as well: $599K -> $569K $589K -> $559K -> $519K $525K -> $510K -> $498K $470K -> $450K -> $439K $389K -> $379K ... and so on. I am still waiting for another 10% drop so I can buy my home.
