How would you implement an open skies agreement. I think that it would be good if the EU and the US just allowed each other's carries full access.

We hardly help our farmers either

The British budget might have little in the way of support for farmers, but doesn't the EU budget provide support and EU regulations provide barriers. These things (and the US equivalents) really should go away. It would do the world a lot of good if all these regulations and subsides where eliminated.
