Right, the goal seems to be to generate fear rather than casualties, and in this they have succeeded.

The cumulative economic damage of the anthrax scare is as big as the direct damage of the Sept. 11 event.

You think? Another 100 billion or so? We should rally hard on that, like we have on the first losses.
