I still don't know what the topic is supposed to be on this thread,

The original plan was to discuss articles in each issue of Foreign Affairs. But since 9-11, pretty much any development in the War on Terrorism is fair game. The PA-Israeli conflict is OT because it is too hot to handle

The more dirrect the link between the item and US Foreign Policy the better.

The facts concerning the Anthrax outbreak are on topic.
