I would as soon have "Taliban moderates" in power as Northern Alliance. And Tim raised a good point: How do you tell who's who? Installed "puppet" governments have sometimes done quite well: Germany and Japan. By the way, Laz, do you think the posters on this thread find it difficult to listen to, and engage with, a person whose viewpoint differs from their own? Some do. Some don't. Compared to, say, Impeach GWB, this thread is pretty good.
