You too Woz... MUCP put out an 8K indicating Grant-Thornton is now their auditor.

Bit by Bit... they are getting this company ready to hit Nasdaq smallcap.

Now all we need is $4/share and the required assets ($4 million). And they indicating in the 10K they were working on raising $5 million.
