Out of all of this, one thing struck me as odd

Salesforce Automation: 76% 80% 68%

The rest of the numbers struck me as gains or losses with a particular aspect that were will with the range of quarterly chance and the trends with respect to competitors in subsectors, but this seems like an oddly sharp correction in a key area.

Any insight?
