What about profit/employee? And revenue/salesperson? RE: "Productivity seems to have fallen out of favor as a valuation measure" You mean revenue/employee metric or net profit/employee? Any other key metrics? I have 42 financial ratios in a spreadsheet that I sometimes use when I analyze an investment, but some are more important than others.
