Thomas, Salesforce Automation: 76% 80% 68% I don't know what to think of that either. Both the CEO and the CFO mentioned increased market share in all areas the company competes, so that's an obvious contradiction. I listened to that part of the call twice, so I think I transcribed the numbers correctly but maybe not. Maybe Siebel didn't read the numbers correctly. --Mike Buckley
