I am definitely planning on selling some of my POS stock that I purchased on speculation only and that have no real value. This will offset the gains I made last year and I will most probably receive some $$ back from Rev. Can. (unless I make some unsuspected gain by year-end).

On the other hand, there are so many good stocks out there, which are priced at very reasonable prices and from which I doubt people will sell to get a tax-loss. Thus, I am not sure if we will get a much better deal on stock prices than what we now. These people will probably stick to these paper losses until at least next year when the market starts picking up again (I hope).

;-)
