So the fast rampdown of the PIII and fast rampup of the P4, scary to some, has caused the inevitable shortage of P4s. It had to happen at some point in time in the transition. Of course, Magee is reporting on the UK situation only here. Too bad he doesn't have a counterpart in the US, and in the Far East.
