The PACER docket for the GIFT lawsuit is current only through 6/13. Thus, I don't know if anything has been filed yet. I am posting the docket report for may and early June. There is a confidentiality order that was entered. that could limit the info we get. On the bright side, discovery is moving forward (except with respect to Mcgraw Hill).

5/20/97 112 ORDER...Pursuant to a telephone conference conducted on May
7, 1997, the following is hereby ordered:1.Pltf shall
produce Dr. Fred Stahl in response to defts' Rule 30(b)(6)
Notice of Deposition. The deposition will be held on June
2, 1997 and/or June 3, 1997 in Stamford, Connecticut. Dr.
Stahl's responses shall be binding on pltf corporation. 2.
Pltf shall respond to document requests from deft The
Library Corp. by express mail on or before May 13, 1997.
Deft shall pay the costs of copying and shipping. 3. Defts
shall timely respond to pltf's interrogatories and document
requests pertaining to claim instruction. Specifically,
defts shall produce any prior art that will be addressed at
the Markman hearing with respect to the scope of the patent
claims. Pltf will be granted additional time to study such
material if not produced within a reasonable time prior to
the hearing. Issues of invalidity will not be addressed at
the hearing. 4. Pltf shall sign the proposed Protective
Order forthwith, and send it to defts via express mail for
their approval. 5. The Court will consider deft
McGraw-Hill's motion to dismiss. In the interim, discovery
