Well, if you want scum, then that is what you get, you can make anyone be scum, or anyone be great, if you only use distorted logic you will always get what you want. Clinton was under attack from the minute he was inaugurated and the vile right wing radio attacks which continued throughout and still continue are partially responsible for brainwashing those predisposed with limited intelligence. If you opened your mind and viewed all the actions all of the time, you would understand that on the whole the Clinton Administration was extremely positive for America.
