I don't know where you learned your history, but you are greatly mistaken.

"We" meaning the United States never carved up anything in the Middle East or Central Asia.

"We" meaning the United States never formed any country in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South America, or Central America.

"We" meaning the United States are not responsible for the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. We helped the people in Afghanistan repel the Soviet invasion of Afhanistan. The people we helped were called mujahideen. The mujahideen, in turn, were defeated by the Taliban, a creation of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, to the extent that foreign influence was involved.

As for "undermining their cultures" - exactly how did "we" meaning the United States do that?

I know you have a bee in your bonnet about Israel, but the US had nothing to do with the formation of Israel, and very little involvement in Israeli affairs for decades.

We do give Israel money, and we sell Israel arms. We also sell arms to Saudi Arabia.
