Axiom Biotechnologies today announced that it had been issued two U. S. patents 6,242,209 and 6,280,967............ Hmmmmm............ What about 6,287,758? l2.espacenet.com Looks like it correlates to WO0171350? These guys/gals are busy. (uspto site is down)
