Ausdauer, my reply was not intended to be "an attack on you". Personally, I like you very much. And, most of the time, I have respected and given credence to your ideas. IMHO, you exemplify the best attributes of a risk-inadverse investor.

My reply was intended only to inform and warn.

For many years SNDK has consummated "secret" agreements supposedly designed to protect their unique patent rights. Many of us here have longed to know the true text of same but that was never available. Our trust that those agreements apparently cost us dearly.

Regardless of its patents, SNDK now has a bunch of new competitors. One can only conclude that SNDK screwed up in a big way.

Aus ... You didn't screw up. Looking back, I didn't screw up either. Nor did any other faithful SNDK shareholder -- who posted at SI. WE trusted SNDK management and they failed us.

I went over my tax returns for the past couple of years and ... where SNDK appeared ... it wasn't pretty. I not only "wish you well" but I also sincerely hope that you made out better than I did.

IMHO, we both trusted a previously trustworthy man. And he failed us both. Not because we made the wrong decision in forming that trust but rather because the man we trusted made some wrong decisions along the way and kept those mistakes to himself

Overall, it's a sad day for every SNDK shareholder. Please don't "shoot the messenger".

Craig
