They lifted the ban on the 18th, and said it wasn't from the government... dailynews.yahoo.com But, nevertheless, I agree they overplayed their hand and things are not happening in the manner they hoped for. I feel a bit of a rush with winter coming. I would like to see things cleared out so that food supplies can readily get to people, while our operations continue. But maybe a long winter to solidy and define these new alliances that happening so fast will stave off the "hangover".
