I can speculate on that issue, but I have no specific knowledge. My speculation is kind of boring and is the other side of "it is the liquidity, stupid", it comes in the form of: "it is the overcapacity, stupid" (g). If in the next two weeks, the leaders such as AMAT, NVLS, KLAC and INTC, TXN, MU and others make new recovery highs, the SOX will probably hold the late September lows in th next retrenchment, but the way TER and TXN have been acting, I fear those lows may not hold.
