Joan,

Joe will play Senneca because he seems to think he's a leader - important yes, but from what I've seen & read about Zack, he certainly seems to have the same qualities. Just because he's younger doesn't mean the other players can't respect him. I'm sure after yesterday, he gained even more respect than he already had.

But then Joe is Joe.
