There was no cultural and technological development in the Muslim world since VIII century.( Since the time when
Arabs finally assume full control of the Ancient centers of Civilization .in the Africa and Middle East. When West rediscovered Muslims in XIX century
they have been at the same stage as when we parted after the battle of Tours(France).
Next 200 years as we can see now have not affected Muslim mentality at all.
And you trying to blame this Cultural pathology on a few Sheiks?
It is time toss Politically Correct way off thinking and face Reality.
IT IS RELIGIOUS BELIEVES that keeps this region in Perpetual poverty and warfare.
