I don't follow or own KKRS; and, I'm sure you're way ahead of me re: same. I just ran across the "..heads up.." on iHub and thought some of the crew might want to get out early on Monday if they hadn't heard about it........ That "...Friday after the close..." BS really sucks. Sounds like one of those SEC rules and/or procedures that definitely needs to be changed. That's how the manpulators PR'd their bogus lawsuit against TXMC about a year ago - ahead of the big short-n-dump; and jerked the price down from $1 to about 0.50 at the time. Tirex may eventually recover, but with the following Greensperm-o-nomics and now the 9/11 thing, it's just about done them in. TXMC's technology is sound and desperately needed worldwide - but, if they don't score a TD soon their clock may run out by default. FYI: tirex.com John :-) .
