[al-An`am 6:115.17] Perfected is the Word of thy Lord in truth and justice. There is naught that can change His words. He is the Hearer, the Knower.
Amein wouldn't do it! Think about what he would be doing! I wouldn't do it either if I was him.
He would be saying, "I know this is Allah's perfect word. But he did not state it well enough. Look, let me straighten it out for Allah, because I can explain it better than he did, so there is no more misinterprtation! Even Muhammad got it wrong, I know! But I'll straighten it out"
I don't think we would have to get our Qu'rans out to figure out what would happen next!!!
If it's allegedly God's word, that's how God wanted it written. That would be saying God wanted many people to be deceived and even kill people unnecessarily because of an incorrect interpretation.
You have to take it for what it is, or not take it at all. Cleanup is not an option!
As far as changing your religion that you were born with, you're telling me. I'm a born Jew that now believes in Christianity. You want to talk about the persecution I take, and others like me. Even still today! People that have done the same, have had their parents give them funerals and disown them from their families. It's not easy. But it's possible. Yes, it could be devestating persecution. But at least it is not death!
I have heard of Muslims who have converted. I just heard a story of one that made it from his Muslim country by escaping from jail, imprisoned because he converted. But his converted friends weren't so lucky. They're dead! They're brains were blown out all over him! And the Hadith supports that:

Volume 9, Book 84, Number 57:
'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.
One more thing...how many conservative or moderate Muslims, before the US bombed Afghanistan, protested in any country, to turn over bin Laden because he was a radical and bad for Muslims. How many moderates or conservatives said, "turn him over because he does not stand for true Muslims and Islam and we don't want to be punished for something we don't even stand behind it!"
Now after the bombing, how many anti-American protest have you seen burning American flags, praising Bin Laden, talking about how innocent Muslims are being killed?
How many conservative and moderate Muslims have said we condemn the terrorists, but we also condemn the American military action. We believe that you should get justice on the terrorists, but not attack Muslim countries. Just go get the terrorists.
Well, how would they suspect we could do that? Are they actually going to let us roam around their Muslim countries freely, letting us get the terrorists without interference? Of course not, we would be descrating their land. We also have to look to Muhammad and the Hadith to get our answer here:

Volume 9, Book 83, Number 50:
Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
I asked 'Ali "Do you have anything Divine literature besides what is in the Qur'an?" Or, as Uyaina once said, "Apart from what the people have?" 'Ali said, "By Him Who made the grain split (germinate) and created the soul, we have nothing except what is in the Quran and the ability (gift) of understanding Allah's Book which He may endow a man, with and what is written in this sheet of paper." I asked, "What is on this paper?" He replied, "The legal regulations of Diya (Blood-money) and the (ransom for) releasing of the captives, and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for killing a Kafir (disbeliever)."
In the Muslim religion, a Muslim, radical or not, should NOT be killed for killing a non-Muslim. And I think the type of protests, and the conservative and moderate stand, show you the true colors of what they are thinking. They are giving you an impossible solution of getting the terrorists. Meaning we can't do anything, according to them!
They're missing something important. Americans don't believe in the Qu'ran, Hadith and Muhammad. And thats why they want us dead!
And no one has yet convinced me that their writings don't support death to all non-Muslims. I still think the terrorists, and the actions of the Taliban, are faithfully and correctly living by their religion. If the Islamic faith is going to be considered a valid faith, then they are doing nothing wrong! As a matter of fact, I'm starting to think the moderate and conservative Muslims are doing more wrong according to Islam than the radicals and their writings!
