I think she was set up. Did you watch it?
I didn't watch it, but from the description of instant booing it would have to be a setup. It takes more than 20 seconds for most people to realize who is on stage at those events. If you examine the video tapes you'll probably find Tom DeLay's staff wearing Toy's R Us fireman hats in the crowd.
