VLPI Company Receives Mainstream Media Attention, Interview On CNBC Tomorrow

Houston, TX -- (OTCBB NEWSWIRE) -- October 22, 2001, An OTCBB company is going to receive mainstream attention tomorrow on the CNBC show Squawk Box, in an interview with the show's host, Mark Haines. The show will be spotlighting Vital Living Products, Inc. (VLPI: 1.38) recently announced new home test for Anthrax.

On October 16, the company further announced " it will be ready to begin shipments of its new PurTest(R) Anthrax Test to retailers before Thanksgiving."

The company claims PurTest(R) Anthrax Test will allow anyone to test air, surfaces and water. The test detects for presence of germs and spores providing the consumer with results at home or in the workplace. Donald R. Podrebarac, President and CEO said, "Each home or business that has a PurTest(R) Anthrax Test will be better prepared to deal with bioterrorism."

VLPI shares have been on a tremendous run since the attacks on the United States, up from 6 cents October 8 to a high of $2.08 October 18.
