I'm down to practically nothing short now...ready to redeploy at a moments notice...but today (so far) looks damn strong, I must say...We get more higher highs in tech, and wow... Last time Rubin was in D.C..that when the market bottomed...."they" scare the shite out of my bearish stance...I believe in the PPT, and wouldn't be surprised if today is explained by it...
