If the US had gone ahead and ridded the world of Saddam the word of the US would be mud and there is no reason to believe that binnie and his boys would not have developed anyway. Today the US could not have formed the current coalition as there would be no trust of what the word of the US is. This is the current position of those in the current administration.

mr. bill was not someone who gave his word and it meant anything. President Bush's word is a promise of an honorable man. you can whine and moan and groan but in the middle east a man's word means something. A rapist's word is reviled.
